Deb has more than 20 years’ experience in qualitative research, community engagement and evaluation with First Nations Peoples. With a background in social and political science and participatory approaches to collaboration, and research, she is passionate about building organisational cultural capability, critical reflection, and contributing to health equity. She works with multidisciplinary teams on principles of Indigenous leadership, community development and self-determination.
