Charlotte is a proud Wiradjuri woman from Condobolin, NSW. She is a member of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Leadership Council and the Indigenous representative on our Consumer Council of the Stroke Alliance. Charlotte, a member of the Darak team, is also the first Indigenous ambassador for the Stroke Foundation. She holds a Diploma of Health Science in Mental Health from Charles Sturt University and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Charlotte’s professional background in the issues people with a disability face and her lived experience, along with her excellent community engagement knowledge and skills, means that she is best placed to undertake the work of capturing and centring Indigenous Community voices within an innovative Indigenous research methodology for the Stroke Alliance.
